4. Elegant Eating
Over at Elegant Eating there are many different cooking classes available. On average, they cost $90 per person. You can learn how to make a sushi roll, tapas, how to cook Italian dishes or a “simple” steak and cake.
For instance, for the Steak and Cake class, attendees learn how to make shrimp cakes with roasted pepper remoulade, herb crusted steak with grainy Dijon cream sauce, or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
The studio is located in Smithtown, Long Island, so people living in that area may find it easier to attend.
