Public universities in France are almost completely free for American students, and when we say almost, we think about the fact that you will need to pay around $200 per a year, no matter the degree program. Sounds great, doesn’t it? In general, you will have around 80 programs in English, and it is very likely to find something suitable for everyone. Regarding the accommodation, here as well you may choose between a dormitory or a private or shared flat, which can cost you around $400, and with the living expenses and personal needs, you will need to have around $900 every month.
