History is evident in this city and it’s said to be the Hollywood of the country as you may see a few famous faces walking the street as well as royalty. It’s not a secret why this place is popular once you see for yourself. Rocky coastlines against the blue ocean water dotted with sailing boats and even the opportunity to stay in a king’s former residence. The Carlsten Fortress is a chunk of history not to be missed, and neither are the views.

7. Skane
White sandy coasts with the crashing sea can be found at this peninsular city. It’s charming in nature and the views are incredible. A certain peace can be found here, a tranquil vibe is felt throughout and if the beach scene needs to be switched up, the other half of Skane is a tree-dense forest.

Another port city just bursting with interesting and historical sights. A UNESCO World Heritage Site to visit would be Ringmuren. This wall was erected in Medieval times and its stone structure encompasses the city. History dating back to the Middle Ages are evident throughout the city, but antiquity through time is everywhere. Its beauty is nearly flawless in structure from its distinctly incredible design and architecture, chic fashion sense, pretty as ever parks, amazing museums, and everything else a modern city thrives at. Stockholm is a city worth spending more time in, and that’s an understatement.
