2. Roaring Rapids Accident Leads to Drowning

Number two on our list of worst Six Flags accidents is a woman that was tragically killed in just a few feet of water after her inflatable boat overturned and trapped her underneath while traversing the Roaring Rapids ride at Six Flags Over Texas on March 21, 1999. The incident was caused by the boat unexpectedly deflating and led to several other injuries, though thankfully no other fatalities.
