6. Romance
Just like there is a constant to feed our imagination, there is also a need for a good love story that will leave us breathless. Readers want inspiring love stories that end with „happily ever after“ so publishers will always consider a great romance novel if you have written one. Of course, like with other genres, it’s not a rule that every romance novel will get published, as publishers prefer to seek authors who are already established instead of new ones. But a good story will sooner or later catch a publisher’s eye.
