Delaware comes in about halfway through our list of the easiest GED states: how to pass the GED test fast. The total population in this state is 945,934 people, and back in 2013, 100,940 adults didn’t have any high school credential. Now since there are so many people without a credential, you would think there will be so many candidates for the GED test, instead, in 2013 there were only 1,281. Almost every one of them, 1,272 people completed the test which made the completion rate 99.3% and 1,160 people passed the test.
