5. Rectus Femoris (quadriceps)
Moving on to some other group in 7 easiest, fastest muscle to build – the quads. We chose Rectus Femoris over Vastus Medialis because it’s much more visible and easier to build. That’s basically the muscle at the front part of your thigh, and the good old power leg extension may look boring, but it will help you increase the target muscle.
