There was really no threat for SmartScoot in getting the first spot on our list of easiest and smallest folding mobility scooters for handicapped. It is incredibly light and folds so conveniently that you’ll have no problems bringing it on your trips. Although it may look fragile, it will sustain the weight of 300lbs and go 12 miles on a single charge. In case you are wondering, the maximum speed is around 3.5 mph.
