2. Vilsandi
Located in the Baltic Sea, this tiny island (just 9 kilometers square) is the western-most inhabited point that is still part of Estonia. This island now forms part of a national park; the whole park, comprised of many islands, are explorable by kayak during the summer months. It is an important stopover point for migrating seals, so wildlife lovers should visit at the migration times for the best trip.
