6. The Sugar Room (Royal Icing Techniques I, II & III)
The sugar room is well known for being a one-stop destination for baking. You can pick up supplies from Sugar room for your baking needs, and if you feel like it, you can also enroll in the classes and workshops that they offer related to baking. For this article I decided to go with their Royal Icing Techniques one, two and three courses. In this course, you will learn how to work with the royal icing obviously, and create beautiful flowers with it. You will also learn to create beards with royal icing and decorate your cake.
