The founder and an instructor at Hop to Beer is Mickey Alexander. It was in the mid-90s when he tried brewing and experimenting with the different taste and aroma of a beer. He also continues to learn more about beer brewing. Their classes require you to bring a valid ID which will prove that you are in the legal age to drink a beverage.
