3. New Fine Artists
The older a piece of art is, the more valuable it is. Though the focus is mainly always on artists from centuries ago, there are countless artists in the world who are creating masterpieces right now. If you have a good eye for talent, you should invest in new pieces. It might take some research on the market before you have incredible success here and it also might take a lot of time before the pieces have a higher value. That being said, if you pick the right art it might skyrocket in value over time.
