Definitely one of the easiest ways to get exotic weapons in Destiny, if not the easiest one is to buy them from Xur. Xûr is an Agent of the Nine and peddler of all things exotic in Destiny. Every weekend from 9:00 AM Friday to 9:00 AM Sunday UTC he will appear at either Tower or Vestian Outpost and if you have some stockpiled cash, you can buy some really valuable items from him.
