This is a job that ranks second on our list of easiest fields of law to practice. It demands only basic knowledge of the law and of special law provisions that are repeated practically in every case. These lawyers usually do basic jobs with buyers they are introduced to by a real estate agent. Practice in this field mostly means filling forms with customers’ data and closing contracts after the object is sold. Many lawyers would never call this field a real law one, but it is a good option for those who want to start with some kind of administration but with no special obligations or responsibilities.
