2. Wrist
A wrist fracture may occur during a physical activity and it is more common among older people. All your wrist needs is a sudden and high pressure movement on your hand. As you fall on the ground and use your hand to prevent bodily damage, a strong force that pushes the hand backwards, causes Colle’s fracture, or a broken wrist. Even a hard handshake can cause this issue.
