The only reason Pakistan ranks lower than Honduras in the 6 countries with the easiest driving test is because of the fact that they have a driving test, even if its basically for show. Again, there are no minimum training hours required before you can apply for a license. Once you are over the age of 18, all you need to do is head on over to the license office, fill out the form, get approved medically from the doctor (primarily regarding your eyesight) and give a short written test that practically no one fails. All of this is followed by a driver’s test, where you have to drive for around 30 seconds around a bunch of cones, without knocking them over, and you will get your driver’s license.
