They offer an amazing overall experience for both parent and kid in their variety of cooking classes. Ridgewood Culinary Studio primarily focuses on traditional cooking, which is definitely not a bad thing. You will find pastas, soups, stews and more dishes in their curriculum. However, the thing that sets them apart from other entries in the list is that they offer the kids field trips to various nearby restaurants. Kids get to go behind the scenes and spend time in a professional kitchen and see for themselves how things are done in a restaurant, which is definitely a unique experience to say the least. There’s also “Mommy & Me” classes, where you can join in and have fun with your kid in the kitchen, on top of that you do not need to clean up afterward.
