The world around us is a constant changing pace, which is more than true when it comes to our workplaces. Even if you have gotten accustomed to doing things a certain way, you have to able to accept change when it happens. Doing so is No. 5 on our list of traits a top employee needs.

For example, if your employer would like you to start using a new program to put in data, don’t just rely on your old method of doing it simply because it may seem easier. Show your employer that you can adapt to change and you will be more valued as an employer in return.
