1. Sweden

Insider Monkey Score: 3.66

In 2014, the Swedish government adopted the world’s first explicitly feminist foreign policy, an approach that aimed to address barriers to gender equality and include a gender perspective in all policy development and decision-making. Since then, countries like Canada, France, and Mexico have followed suit. However, the Scandinavian country also became the first-ever to revoke its feminist foreign policy after prime minister Ulf Kristersson came into power last year.

Sweden is the country with the highest proportion of self-identifying feminists, with 46% of the women in the country giving the nod to that description. Sweden is the Country with Most Feminism in our list.
