American, engineering and construction company, Fluor, provides engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), maintenance and project management services. The company’s energy and chemicals business reported a loss of $95 million in 2019, as opposed to a $335 million profit in 2018. The company faced a fall in awards which fell to $3.7 billion from $10.6 billion in 2018. Earlier Fluor had won the EPC contract for Halliburton’s Specialty Chemicals Manufacturing Reaction Plant in PlasChem Park, Jubail to produce a wide range of specialty chemical products.
