We are continuing our list of hands-on pizza making classes for couples and groups in NYC with the Institute of Culinary Education that may sound really fancy to you, but the classes are really accessible and open to the public. The pizza making classes will teach you how to prepare pizza for everyone’s taste. You’ll learn the basics of dough making, baking techniques, and learn how to make a robust repertoire of pizza types, like Traditional Pizza Margherita, Pizza Bianca, Parmigiano Reggiano, and more.
