1. Kicker/Punter
At the very top of our list, we have the position Kicker/Punter. The kicker or punter position is high-pressure and technical but it is easier as you have far less playing time and far less hits. If you have been a strong-legged and accurate kicker in the high school–even if perhaps you started out on a soccer team–then you certainly attempt to get a college scholarship. Even if you are only good at kicking, you have a very high possibility to bag a scholarship in DIA, DIAA and some DII programs. But if all you can do is kicking, then other than those division levels, getting a scholarship at, say, a Big Ten school, could be a bit difficult for you.
