The United Kingdom is fifth on the list of countries with the most Snapchat users in 2023, with an estimated 23.2 million users. 38.5% of the population in the UK that is aged 13 and above use Snapchat. 55% of the users in the country are female, while 44.6% are male, according to DataReportal. 33% of all people in the UK with access to the internet have a Snapchat account.
4. France
Snapchat users in 2023: 25.9 million
25.9 million people use Snapchat in France, which accounts to 46% of the population aged 13 and above. 52.6% of Snapchat’s ad audience by early 2023 was female, while 47% were male. Snapchat has great growth potential in France, where advertisement reach increased by 1.2 million people or 5% between 2022 and 2023. Among those in France that have internet access, 42.6% of them use Snapchat. Internet penetration in the country stood at 92.6% in 2023.
3. Pakistan

Pakistan is one of the most populous nations in the world and has the third most Snapchat users in the world, with the figure estimated to be over 26 million in 2023. This equates to 15.8% of the population that is aged 13 and above. Snapchat’s ad reach in Pakistan covers nearly 30% of all people with internet access in the country. In contrast to some of the other countries we have covered, Pakistan’s Snapchat users are majority male who constitute 69.1% of the total users in the country.

The United States has the second most number of Snapchat users in the world, estimated to be over 108 million in early 2023. Snapchat is owned by an American corporation Snap Inc, that is headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Approximately 55% of Snapchat users in the US are female, while 45% are male, according to DataReportal. 91% of Americans have access to internet, while 72.5% have at least one social media account. Nearly 35% of those who have access to the internet are Snapchat users.

India tops the list of countries with the most Snapchat users in 2023 with 182.4 million users. This comes as no surprise as it is the second largest country in the world in terms of population and more than half of its citizens are aged below 25.
