Military Aid to Ukraine: $46.56 billion

The United States is the largest donor of Ukraine, having committed more than $75 billion in financial, military, and humanitarian aid since the Russian invasion in February 2022. Besides the $46.56 billion in military aid, the Americans have also pledged an estimated $26.4 billion in financial assistance to Kyiv. Washington’s role in arming and financing Ukraine has been instrumental in pushing the Russians back and getting the war in a state of stalemate. This is the first time since Harry Truman’s presidency that a European country is the largest recipient of American aid.
