22 of Israel’s 26 drones are Searcher Mk II medium drones that have the function of surveillance. The other 4 known drones are heavy Heron-TP drones that can be armed. Allegedly, Israel used these drones in one of the striking attacks on Gaza. Both Searcher Mk II and Heron-TP are developed and produced by Israel Aerospace Industries. Israel has two additional types of heavy drones, but their number is unknown. All Israel’s drones are used by the Air Force.
