5. Cambodia

The minimum amount investment is a donation of US $320,000, including fees, to the Royal Government. Vanuatu’s Direct Citizenship Program is a fairly straight-forward scheme under which a single investor needs to make a cash donation of US $130,000 to the government. Additional applicants would lead to an increase in the donation figure. The application is processed in 1-3 months and citizenship becomes available in 3-6 months. This brings with it numerous benefits including visa-free travel to 98 countries, minimum physical presence requirement, lower taxes, a second citizenship as well as the option to include three or more generations in the application.
