Fifth on the list, Cambridge Springs is a tiny city located in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. It has a population of only about 2500 people, and 69.9% of these are women. 

Naturally, despite its small size, this means that Cambridge Springs is one of the top cities with the highest female-to-male ratio in the world.

4. Chowchilla, California, US

A city with 19,039 (as per 2020 statistics), Chowchilla has a percentage ratio of 70.1% women and only 29.9% men. It is a safe and friendly city in Madera County, California.

Raoul is located in Georgia, in Habersham County, and is home to 2,679 people. The average household income in the city is $45,641, and given the population demographics, the employment rate for women is also high.
