The world is far larger and greater than we can perhaps comprehend, so it’s best to know a thing or two about other languages than the one we speak natively, so we wanted to see which are some of the best Spanish language classes in NYC.
Spanish is one of the most common languages in the world, with nearly 500 million speakers, prominent in Central and South America, as well as in Europe. Furthermore, it is estimated that about 13% of US residents speak Spanish, although the numbers could be higher now since the data comes from a 2015 census.
With the language being so widely spoken, it should be one of the main languages English speakers should learn to speak, Americans in particular given the large number of immigrants. Of course, if you’re interested, you could read up on the 10 classes to learn a new language in New York City, which includes a lot more languages, from more areas of the world. Next up on our list is Learn Spanish New York, a place where you can learn the language directly from native speakers through a rather old method of teaching others a new language – holding the entire language in Spanish.

1. El Taller
Tuition: $270
Finally, at the top of our list we have El Taller, a place that offers Spanish classes by combining language and sound with other cultural immersion techniques.

For instance, students choosing the beginner classes have little to no conversational ability and they’ll get introduced to the present, past and future tenses. Intermediate level students feel comfortable using grammar and wading their way through a chat in Spanish. The Advanced students have no issues participating in any kind of conversation in Spanish, and have an ever-growing vocabulary.
That being said, these have been the best Spanish language classes in NYC we hope you’ll enjoy.
