Introduction of the Latest Approved Measure: July 19, 2023

Florida is the US state with the highest number of measures against CRT, with 23 state-level bans in place. A total of 17 local-level anti-CRT measures have also been adopted. According to CRT Forward, these bans affect more than one million college-age students in Florida, all of whom have been prevented from holding free discussions on CRT.
