As China’s economy continues to grow at an incredible rate, more and more billionaires are popping up, and it might be a good idea to get used to Chinese cities popping up on this list. Guangzhou is no exception, and actually topped Forbes’ list of best cities for business in 2013, with one of its newest billionaires including Xu Jinfu.
