Although the inflation rate hit the roof this year, Ukraine is still among the cheapest countries to live in the world. Strikingly low prices of cigarettes, where one pack costs only €1.0 ($1.18), according to Cigarette Prices, make Ukraine the Promise Land for smugglers and smokers as well. All these fluctuations were caused by well-known Ukrainian crisis. It remains to be seen what will happen in the years to come.
