We screened the results to find cities that were deemed best for young professionals in the US. This screener is based on the number of millennial residents, job opportunities, and access to amenities. The percentage of residents between the ages of 25 and 34, who moved into the area has also been considered. The rationale behind filtering the results this way was that the younger Americans tend to look for better job opportunities especially where they can secure a decent earning. Moving on, we found the median income in each of the respective cities from Niche. Hence, the median income was used as a metric to represent a good earning potential for each city. Finally, we ranked the US cities deemed best for job opportunities and a good earning in ascending order of their median incomes.
