It is easy to get discouraged with Oklahoma’s wages for chemists. But when you really think about it and factor in how much (or how little) you are actually going to spend on your daily living expenses, it is not a bad thing after all. As we have said time and again, earning a big paycheck does not always mean a better life. Choose to work in a state where a huge chunk of your pay will go to what you want rather than all the bills you have to pay.
