Seoul, the capital of South Korea spanning 605 km2 (234 mi2), has a population of 10,140,000. The KLI 63 Building was the city’s first skyscraper above 150 m in 1985. Its architectural height is 249.6 m (819 ft) with 60 floors above ground and 3 floors under ground.
