Houston is the biggest city in the South (2.3 million residents), home to around 10,000 restaurants, and one of the biggest rodeos in the world. Beware, Houston food is not date friendly (sticky ribs, sloppy burgers..), it is hard to just bump into someone, because everybody just drives everywhere, if you plan a picnic date, consider fast changing weather and have a backup plan and umbrella.
