It is written by Caleb Followill, Nathan Followill, Jared Followill and Matthew Followill and it was produced by Jacquire King and Angelo Petraglia. Shortly after its release, this song hit the number one spot in Australia, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Back in 2009, “Sex On Fire” became the Britain’s second most-downloaded digital single ever. In 2012, the band sold more than 1.2 copies of the album.
