If you have ever spent any time in Greenwich Village, chances are that you’ve heard of Murray’s Cheese. Though traditionally well-known for their cheeses for purchase, the shop also offers a delightful Wine and Cheese 101 course. For $70, you can learn all about wine and cheese making, as well as taste a variety of delicious pairings. Though this is not a traditional cooking class, it is definitely worth including on our list.
