8. Milk Bar
A staple of the Williamsburg food scene, Milk Bar, the number 8 on our list of fun cooking classes in NYC is as great of a spot for a class as it is for a quick sweet snack. Especially notable is the Bake the Book class, which teaches you how to make a classic Milk Bar cake and a batch of truffles.
