Atlanta is one of the most ethnically diverse metropolitan cities in the country. A third of Atlanta’s entire population is black, but we are more interested in learning about the percentage of blacks living in mostly black neighborhoods. As you can see, a third of Atlanta’s entire black population lives in such neighborhoods.
