There is really a small difference between Birmingham, Alabama and St. Louis, Missouri when it comes to black people living in black neighborhoods, which is about a mere 0.1 percent. However, if you consider the total number, for Birmingham (which is about 39.4%) it’s huge. This basically means every 4 black people in 10 lives in a black neighborhood, which are generally underprivileged, and poverty and crime-stricken.
