10. Surgical technologists
Annual salary – $44,330
Although their primary job is to transport a patient to the surgical room, they are also in charge of some much more difficult tasks. They prepare a patient for surgery, assist during the surgery, and take care of the patient after the surgery and on the way back to the ward. They must be educated for this job and know a lot about anesthesia, vital signs, drugs, and equipment.
