Summing up the value of both innovation indexes, we get a score of 147.13 which places France on 11th spot on our list of most technologically advanced countries in the world in 2017. L’École Normale Supérieure in Paris is the university with the biggest potential for computer science advancement and is ranked among top 100 in the world. According to the data, “digital technology currently represents 5.5 % of French GDP.”
