Becoming an Uber driver is one of the most profitable jobs for college students. As the hours are flexible, you’ll have no troubles balancing your work with your classes. You can drive during peak times in the mornings or evenings, and all you need to apply is a valid driver’s license. PayScale didn’t provide data on the average hourly rate for an Uber driver, but according to Glassdoor, the average pay is about $14 an hour.
