9. Chile
Chile is a multilingual and multicultural society. It’s a country and homeland to people of many different ethnicities and religions and the geographical isolation of their country is something that they almost glorify because it gives them possibilities for the creation of a homogeneous society. They are open to welcome anyone into their country, and that’s how they get to be on our list of least racist countries in the World in 2018.
