9. Camp Counselor
$9 – $12 per an hour
If you have attended some camps yourself, this position is right for you. You already know how the camps function and you know what to do. The main responsibilities that camp counselors have are planning, leading, and implementing some programs for children in small groups. You will also be in charge for the general safety and development, as well as for the overall achievement of the participants, but all in all, this is one of the highest paying summer jobs for teens.
