Older people are often time alone and sometimes they need someone to be there for them, just to serve them dinner, prepare their medications or go to the grocery store and buy stuff. Also, they might need you for the housework, or to simply be there so they don’t feel lonely. If you recognize yourself in this description, start thinking about some elderly people you know, and offer your services.
