Being ignored and ignoring can affect a person especially if it is a family member or a dear colleague. Whether you want it or not, being hateful and ignoring requires a bit of energy and it can drain you and ruin your day. Don’t allow yourself to be affected by that negativity. Let the person who is ignoring you deal with whatever he or she has against you. Try to remain unaffected and healthy. This a very effective yet positive form of ignoring.
