11. Canada
While the poverty rate in Canada, the number 11 on our list of countries with the lowest poverty rates in the world in 2017, is not very high, poverty among children is a problem calling for an immediate action. Data on poverty shows that it is as high as 9.6%, a quarter of which are children living below poverty line.
