From 1988, until his death in 1995, Rat Pack legend Dean Martin lived in this single-story home, which occupies 10,047-square-foot.
The house was bought in 2014 by developer Patrik Mirahmadi, who remodeled it to suit current standards but was very careful to maintain its old-school charm.
