A staple of the Williamsburg food scene, Milk Bar is as great of a spot for a class as it is for a quick sweet snack. Especially notable is the Bake the Book class, which teaches you how to make a classic Milk Bar cake and a batch of truffles. A nice perk is that you get to walk away with not only these delicious baked goods, but also an official chef’s headscarf. How fun is that? Give it a try for $95.
